Michael ISAAK

Michael Isaak advises clients in corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, startup companies, private placements, corporate reorganizations, and the formation and operation of different legal entities often with an international reference. In addition, Michael assists clients in connection with commercial contracts and compliance issues under the US federal and state laws.

Prior to joining Reiss+Co., Michael worked as an associate for a Swiss business law firm in Zug and as a foreign associate in a boutique law firm in Israel dealing with corporate and commercial matters. Michael recently graduated from UCLA School of Law and holds an LL.M. with a specialization in business law.

Michael is fluent in German, French and English, having studied and worked both in Switzerland and abroad.  

In his spare time, Michael likes to travel and play tennis.
