Judit Ottrubay advises clients in corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, startup companies, private placements, corporate reorganizations, and the formation and operation of different legal entities, often with an international connection. In addition, Judit assists clients in connection with commercial contracts and compliance issues under the US federal and state laws.

Prior to joining Reiss+Co., Judit worked as an associate for a major Swiss business law firm in Zurich dealing with litigation and corporate and commercial matters. Judit holds a Bachelor and Master of Arts in Law and Economics from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland and an LL.M. in International Business Regulation, Litigation and Arbitration from NYU School of Law.
